'Wonderful property. Very spacious for the size of the house. The backyard is incredible. Very clean. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we got there we found that the Keurig was broken and a replacement was delivered in a few hours! Easy to park in driveway and street and nearby a Shoprite. I would stay at this property again. The description is mostly correct. It states there are 3 futons but I would call that misleading. There is one room with 2 futons. One might be a queen size...

'I stayed here for 9 days with my family and I had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is nice and the owner is responsive and respects privacy. I would recommend the stay to any one planning a trip to Piscataway/New Brunswick.'

'Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have'

'Our group enjoyed this renovated, spacious house by the ocean. The open first floor layout with modern kitchen and large center island was great for meals and socializing. There were plenty of bedrooms spread out over the second and third floors. The beach and boardwalk were a short two blocks away and small town center with stores and restaurants one block. Easy walk to Asbury, Bradley and Avon. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. '

'This is a little apartment that was clean and tidy. It has only one cushion chair. The location is truly walkable to beach and main street. Great shower. We only had one request and it was answered right away. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the criteria. If you are expecting something upscale this is not your place. It is average. It is not as roomy as the pictures make it look. '
