'Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay...

'There wer terribly steps in the back yard to the door. I couldn't find the door at night to enter the back yard. The shower was dirty and looked like dog hair. The place was freezing cold and those tiny plug in heaters didn't work good enough. '

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
