'Had a very short overnight stay. Property is in an older part of town. Was clean but definitely on the more dated side. It's an older home with old smells and creaky floors. Beds were comfortable, the price was right and it worked just fine for our quick stay. Would consider staying again in the future.'

'Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. The younger generations particularly enjoyed the lower level which included comfy TV viewing seating, a sports table, games, and counter/frig for snacks and drinks. 'We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everyone fell in love with the property. There was plenty of room for sleeping and gathering together for this group of 9. It was affordable to us because we were able to split the cost among two families. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. '

'We enjoyed our stay in this cute house in Wichita for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, location was quiet and convenient for Uber rides to downtown. We had a problem with communication with the host at first, but then it was resolved. '

'We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Our little family of four had more than enough rooms to accommodate our stay. We enjoyed having access to the multitude of entertainment channels, made great use of the fireplace and had fun game nights playing pool, shooting darts and playing cards in the game room. 'My family and my little girls best friend met in Wichita for a first time trip together for their birthdays. The place was fabulous and met all of our needs. The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly. Def will stay here, again for any future trips to Wichita. '

'VRBO was centrally located to where I needed to travel during my stay. Nice location so I didn't have to travel far to any stores or locations. Plenty of Room in the VRBO. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. There were some people across the street that made some noise at 3 in the Morning. Other than that house was accommodating for what was needed. Owner was friendly. Would recommend if someone has events planned in down town Wichita'
