'Had a very short overnight stay. Property is in an older part of town. Was clean but definitely on the more dated side. It's an older home with old smells and creaky floors. Beds were comfortable, the price was right and it worked just fine for our quick stay. Would consider staying again in the future.'

'We have adult children some married, teenage and grandkids. This is the second year in a row we rented this house to do our Christmas it has so much room, the host is amazing, the house is perfect for our big group we enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!'

'Our family of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay at this lovely home for an early Christmas celebration. It is located in a nice, very quiet and secluded neighborhood that also provides easy access to lots of great restaurants and shopping. The home is well laid out with several gathering places to choose from, plenty of beds, nice decor and we appreciated the Christmas trees as a festive touch! Would definitely stay here again!'

'This was acute little revamped home in the neighborhood of we used to live close to. It was clean and comfortable, plenty ofand hest for the cold weekend. Overall thimbs up.'

'We loved staying in the College Hill area. We walked to College Hill Park and surrounding attractions. It's such a beautiful part of the city. The house was clean and exactly as expected. '

'Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. The younger generations particularly enjoyed the lower level which included comfy TV viewing seating, a sports table, games, and counter/frig for snacks and drinks. This was a winter stay, so the deck looked spacious but we can’t really speak to it or...

'Plenty of beds, space. Always nice to have a king bed on the road. Son had a basketball tournament and host allowed us to come back to house and shower before road trip home.'

Erica was really easy to contact and she made us feel at ease with her instructions.The house is really comfortable and We felt safe and cozy.We had a really fun trip.The kitchen is well stocked and each room is really comfortable.We will definitely stay here again!!Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!'

'A little issue with check in due to a leaking shower but otherwise great. Although a little run down, the property was very clean. The hot tub was a little too hot when we first got there but leaving the cover off cooled it down. Hosts could respond a little bit quicker but did answer all of our questions. '
