'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'We clearly came to the hotel at a quiet time of year as there were not many other guests but it was an amazing experience as all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The aesthetics and design of the place was really well done and high quality and the food also matched this standard.
