'I was expecting something different when I booked a hotel with 4,5 stars. It's that definitely not worth that many. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated. Our conditioner was empty after 1 shower (we were 3 people, 1 person used the conditioner). We were so kind and...

'For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. I guess I was expecting it to be a lot better considering the cost and as it was the day before my wedding. '

'We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome!
