'Clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay!'

'Kismet was perfect for what we needed on this weekend getaway. We received warm-welcoming and departing messages, as well as offers to...reach out if there was anything we needed. These are definitely attentive hosts! This is a cooozy stay! The entire place is CLEAN, and the beds are QUITE comfortable! We loved that there are two bathrooms (sinks are on the outside), but that was a non-issue for us. The two fridges (one has a freezer) are not full size but should do the trick for a few days. It...

'The condo is very cute with a wonderful kitchen. Very clean with a nice deck. Be aware that the deck faces out over a back alley. The only water view is from the deck on the roof, which is spectacular! The location is wonderful. You can walk to everything and all over the town. Beach is just down the street. The condo is between two buildings so both bedrooms look out at a brick wall. Lots of games provided. The bikes really don't work. Love the town and enjoyed great food. '

'Close to everything, quiet, clean'

'This unit is perfect in every way. All the rooms have a view of the water and one can spend hours just staring at the waterways, waiting and watching as birds come and go only interrupted by the passing small hunting/fishing boat. Communication with the management company was smooth with fast responses. No check in per se which makes it easy to arrive, unload and relax.'

'The home was beautiful, with amazing sunset views! We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck, and even saw dolphins. We visited for a fall weekend and would love to return. '

'The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. The WiFi was not correct-the links that popped up were not in sync w/what was in the binder of info. When reached out to property manager for both entry inquiry and wifi, he was...

'My car was hit in the parking lot. There was no note left and while this is not directly the responsibility of the property management, it would have perhaps not have happened if there were lights around the property making vehicles more visible. Also, the pool is disgusting. I believe the pool surface just needs repainting but it looks gross and made me question its cleanliness. The pool was a big factor in renting here and then to not be comfortable in using it was a big turn-off.'

'Well-appointed and comfortable, in a spot that's convenient to all the island offers. Only complaint was that units around us were being renovated and it was noisy. One comment to MGMT fixed that.'

'My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island.'
