This hotel definitely had its 's and -'s. The courtyard area and free breakfast was great. I also liked the room layout with a separate bedroom from the kitchen and living area. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was ok. Had 2 issues however with our stay. The first day there we noticed the hot tub was dark yellow and covered in foam from what I can only imagine was a lot of urine. The hotel did not take care of this for 2 days. This should be something that is checked daily! The other issue was the towels. Ridiculous as it sounds it was a continual frustration to get them. I was staying with 4 total guests and upon entering the room had only 1 towel. We requested to have 5 total brought up. The staff member brought up 2 and promptly ran away before we could check this. The next morning my wife had to go down and request towels again. Each time they'd say they were out of towels. When we finally got the number of towels needed for our family to use for our short 3 day stay, I put the hanger on the door to do not disturb and told the maids to NOT take anything from the room. We left for the day and came back to find the maids disregarded the hanging door tag and came in and took ALL the towels from the room again leaving only 1. My wife was furious and went to the front desk to again get more towels. They proceeded to give her towels from the managers office that were covered in grease spots and blue stains. How hard is it to have towels on supply?
