'The place is great. A small view of the ocean and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked.The only negative would be the pullout sofa. They do know that there is an issue, but have not fixed yet. 2 people ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable.'

'Great stay. House had everything we needed and great location. Just steps from the beach. The only thing disappointed with is the door connecting master bedroom to bathroom was inoperable. '

'My family and I stayed here and had a good time. Parking was easy and it’s a quick drive into town to do things. The park across the street was enjoyable and the communication was great. Unfortunately the guests ahead of us must have caused some damage because we were informed just before our trip that the pull out bed was damaged and the layout had changed when we arrived. Not the hosts fault at all and they did let us know.'

'Great older beach house in nice location, with lots of beds and willingness to take dogs. Beds were comfy and kitchen had enough cookware, utensils, plates, etc. and a large table with 8 chairs, as well as a bar with chairs. Everything was a bit worn, but I didn’t have expectations of it being otherwise. There is no view of beach which is too bad. But it’s close just up a sandy trail at the back of the house. The access down to the beach on the other side of the hill is very very steep. I had to...

'We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again'
