Een grote moderne villa op een groot perceel dat deze woning binnen en buiten een ruimtelijk gevoel geeft. Een uitgebreid zwembadterras biedt veel buitenruimte voor leuke tijden rond het zwembad met voldoende ruimte voor grote gezinnen. Met 5 slaapkamers, waaronder twee heren is het ideaal voor grote groepen.

De woonkamer beneden is een geweldige plek om te relaxen met de toegevoegde bonus van een tweede woonkamer / tv-kamer op de bovenverdieping bijzonder welkom als 2 families delen de accommodatie. De tweede woonkamer heeft een grote muur gemonteerde 55 "flatscreen-tv met dvd en Wii-console.

De woning heeft 2 slaapkamers Master-suite smaakvol ingericht en gedecoreerd met zowel grote walk-in kasten. Er is ook een tweepersoons slaapkamer aangesloten via Jack n Jill En-suite badkamer naar Twin Bedroom waarin een familie perfect zou passen. Er is nog een tweepersoons slaapkamer met badkamer naast de deur.

De keuken is een droom om te gebruiken met granieten werkbladen en alle top apparaten, waaronder grote Amerikaanse koelkast met vriesvak. De aparte eetkamer en ontbijt bar biedt plaats aan maximaal 12 personen in totaal.

Er is een grote 30 'op het zuiden verwarmd zwembad met spa. Voor mensen met kleine kinderen is er een zwembad veiligheidshek beschikbaar indien nodig. Er zijn ook veel ligstoelen aanwezig voor die lange zonnige dagen bij het zwembad op het zuiden. Als het te warm wordt is er een grote overdekte veranda met tafel en stoelen om buiten te eten.

De villa is onlangs geüpgraded naar High Speed Internet en Incredible HDTV in alle slaapkamers en lounges.

Een aparte speelkamer, geconverteerd vanuit de dubbele garage, is volledig gevloerd en beschikt over een Amerikaanse pooltafel op ware grootte, tafelvoetbal en een elektronisch dartbord.

Wonderful vacation home!
We had to wait 2,5 years for thus vacation and it was really worth it! We really loved this vacation home! Very spacious, clean and equipped with all needed tools. We loved the pool during the very warm days in June! It is close to all parks & malls and located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back here!

The property was spacious and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It fit our family of nine comfortably and the pool and hot tub spa were happily well used by all. When we had a problem the management company was very prompt and courteous. The owner was also prompt with any questions we had prior to our trip. We would definitely rent this place again.

Family Disney Vacation
Spacious clean well maintained home with plenty of room for our family of ten, aged 3-70 years old! This villa is situated in a quiet location within a 10-20 minute drive to any of the Disney Parks. Beautiful pool and spa with lots of towels and loungers. The owner is very responsive and communicates clearly and promptly. When we had a question about the pool heat he replied right away and a very nice property manager arrived the same day to inspect the system and address our concerns. We would definitely stay here again for another Disney vacation. Thank you Phil!

Look No Further!
If you are searching for a great spot near Disney for a family vacation, look no further. We just came home from our eight night stay at this beautiful house, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything from our first communications with Phil to our check-out was seamless and exceptional. Our family group consisted of three generations with six adults and three children under six years old. The house was perfect for us with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We all had our own living space and lots of room in the common areas. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub which overflows into the swimming pool, and we had a lot fun the well equipped games room. There are no neighbours behind the property, so it’s very quiet and private. During our stay, we visited Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Kennedy Space Center, Gaterland, and Clearwater Beach. The house is also close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Honestly, if this place is available during your travel time, book it. You will not regret it.

This property is as you see it in the pictures. A Large and beautiful house. We had a family of 7 adults, and we all enjoyed the space. There were just a few minor issues. First, I needed to put the silverware and cooking spoons in the dishwasher, as there was some with food on them and inside the silverware drawer was nasty. These are thing that is easily overlooked as one don't normally clean the drawers but there was a lot of crumbs, and it looked like something was spilled in it. But these were a easy quick fix. Also, there was the issue with the hot tube that kept draining. I would like to mention that the property manager was always quick to respond to my messages. I tell you this place is worth it.

Lovely stay in beautiful, well located and well equipped villa
We had an excellent 8 days in the villa which lived up to our high expectations. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. The games room in the garage was good fun and had lots to do and the pool/jacuzzi was big enough for us five adults. We enjoyed our time and were able to be in the Disney parks within 20-25 minutes, so everything was very convenient.

A lovely place
Stayed here last week, the place is lovely with excellent connections to parks and nearby shops. Instructions and access were clear, and comms from the host were great! My smallest issue is with the hot tub/spa. The temperature is too low, and the jets are to high pressure, resulting in a very loud, less than relaxing soak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to someone looking.

Great location amazing pool in full sun
The house was in an amazing area close to everything. The owner was very responsive as well as the property management company. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sun all day and amazing pool temperature. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals with a fridge that had a working icemaker. The beds in the rooms could use an update as they bounce and creak when moving at night and perhaps remove the carpet as it is very old and needs a good cleaning. Otherwise I would highly recommend that place for its location and amazing pool.

We loved this house. My husband and I took the downstairs room and the rest of the family, 2 adults and 2 teens, took the upstairs. It was like they had their own place. The pool and spa were warm and wonderful and there were enough necessities, like toilet paper and dish soap to get us thru the week we were there. We will be back.

Wonderful!
My family spent a week here and everything was fantastic. The house is exactly as described; if anything, it’s bigger than it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and the entire house was well appointed. Each bedroom had a box fan in the closet, which was a welcome touch for white noise while sleeping (as we are accustomed to), and plenty of towels in each bathroom. The beds are all very firm, the only downside to the entire property. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we swam every day and night. We had one issue with the hot tub but the property management company responded very quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. We will definitely be back!
