There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping, dining, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too... A magnificent two-story townhome combines elegant furnishing with traditional architecture. This property is an ideal vacation home for a family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The ground floor features a bedroom with a QueenSize bed with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The living room with Smart TV w Surround Sound Speakers Available is integrated with a fully equipped Kitchen and the dining area. Also, there is a washer/dryer room in this floor. The family area faces the private pool in a relaxing screened lanai.

On the upper floor there are the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a KingSize bed, en-suite bathroom Smart TV, one bedroom Mickey Themed with TwinSize and FullSize beds, and the last bedroom with TwinSize and FullSize bed.

Professionally Cleaned, High Touch Surfaces Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap and more amenities for your Arrival Use ! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Clothes are Washed w Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. Cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning time. During Pre Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay!

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
