Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park under construction is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this unit has a huge 2100 heat square feet. Free resort amenities with free parking.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

In front of Vista Cay are a large supermarket (Publix), a large pharmacy (Walgreens), and several casual restaurants and other shops. All are within walking distance. The convention center is next door.

Great Condo
This place was perfect for our stay in Orlando. You can walk to the grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants like Subway and Dunkin Donuts. We stayed here while we visited the Disney Parks and Icon Park and this location was great. Close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the walking path and saw many Florida birds. My teenage girls loved the spacious condo, pool, hot tub and dj at the pool! Very safe gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO at Vista Cay for a week in March. We like the Vista Cay property -- ample parking, nice spacious units, and a good location for us. Access to this particular unit was easy and communication with the property was perfect. We received unit access timely, he checked with us shortly after check-in, and he responded quickly to a request for an extended stay (due to weather related travel delays). The unit was clean and as pictured. Supply quantities matched the description provided (always a bit limiting at Vista Cay).

Awesome Place! Awesome Property Managers!
Everything went as you would hope. Arriving around 10 PM, the security gate opened as expected, parking was close to the building, keyless entry into the condo was smooth. Best of all, I was such a hero to my friends and family! The place was HUGE... and amazing. The pictures don't do it justice for the size of the rooms. We had one tiny issue, after 6 PM on a Friday night (the main TV was asking for a code).. when we arrived it was working fine. I text the property mgr. (Gary) for the code, he immediately called, after a brief conversation he realized it was a cable issue, he hung up with me, contacted the cable co. and a few minutes later we had a 3 way (cable rep, property mgr. & me) to make sure it was resolved (they needed to reset the system remotely)... from 1st text to working TV something like 15 minutes. AMAZING! Even the things outside the condo were spot on. The pool & hot tub area was great. The condo staff were friendly and informative. The pool area has a bartender and serves some bar food. The condo community is gated and quiet. One thing, unexpected that I really enjoyed was the huge pond just outside the condo (at the rear of the complex). From the condo, you can easily access the concrete path that meanders around the pond... the walk was probably about 2 miles... we saw lots of birds and small Iguanas on the walk. I can not more highly recommend both this condo & it's property management team: Orlando Vacation Homes 360, Inc.

This condo was a fantastic place to stay for the week. There were 3 adults and one older teenager in our group. The home is spacious and well furnished with everything we needed.
