My experience I purchased (2) rooms from Expedia and added a note asking could they be close to one another. I booked for two adults and four children under 15,
check in is at 3pm… We enjoyed a couple hours on the beach then I walked into the hotel to check in at 4pm.
I was only given one room at this time an hour after check in, I was then informed they were still cleaning.
Around 6 we returned for the other room.
They put one room on the 7th floor and the other on the second floor.
We have four kids with us , I asked could they possible help getting us closer?
We were supposed to have two rooms each having two queen sized beds.
They made some arrangements and placed us on the second floor but each room only had one King bed no pull out couch, definitely not two queen beds.
I called the front office explained the situation then they wanted to send us back to the 7th floor where we just came down from.
I gave up and just said we’re done moving our belongings back and forth we just want to get settled.
We made beds on the floor for the kids.
Then at 9pm they checked a random person into the room our kids were sleeping in!!!!!!
My daughter came over panicked.
I just can’t understand how everything was so disorganized.
The person helping us even sent another staff member upstairs to check the rooms before hand , to make sure they had pull out couches.
He came back into the lobby assuring they did,
????? Where did the pull out couch go ???
