Step inside and be captivated by the impeccable design and spacious layout of this gorgeous home. The fully loaded kitchen, featuring a double island, is a culinary dream, and is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. With an open layout on the main floor, the views of the valley and mountains can be seen from every window from the living room, sunroom, dining area and kitchen. Step out on the upper deck and find what you need to relax and unwind.
On the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed, views and a beautiful ensuite that provides a soaker tub, large walk-in shower, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. Enjoy those views with the sunrise and step outside on the upper deck with a cup of coffee. Additionally, on the main floor you’ll find a spare room with pull out couch and workspace.
Downstairs guests will find plenty of space with a second living room and wet bar looking out at the pool and hot tub. Gather around for movie nights and get cozy with a second fireplace. A kid’s bunk room sleeps 6 kiddos with 2 three-story bunk beds are downstairs, with an ensuite, as well as a guest room with a king-sized bed. You can’t miss the expansive game room just off this downstairs living room! The game room is equipped with shuffleboard, foosball, and pop-a-shot, ensuring hours of fun for all ages. An additional sitting area and pull-out couch are in this area.
Above the garage is the guest house providing a cozy retreat for extended family or friends. With an extra-large Lovesac sectional couch, paired with several ottomans, your group will enjoy this added comfort and seclusion. The guest house has two queen sized beds, a kitchenette with beverage fridge, dishwasher, sink and dining table, along with a well-designed bathroom.
Situated on 5+ acres, Riley Estates boasts over an acre of lush lawn space, perfect for outdoor games and activities. When you step outside, you’ll enjoy the heated saltwater pool, which is perfect for a refreshing dip and fun for the whole family, and the hot tub which is perfect for your "at-home" après ski location. Take full advantage the outside with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, Blackstone, fridge and sink, then dine el fresco next to the outdoor fireplace. Following a lovely meal, you’ll want to gather around the fire pit to roast s'mores and share stories under the stars.
Riley Estates is just 5 minutes from Desert Canyon Golf Resort and the Orondo boat launch and is 25 minutes from Lake Chelan and 30 mins from East Wenatchee. VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RILEY ESTATES:
1. Max Occupancy: 14 guests with a max of 10 adults
2. Max number of vehicles: 5 vehicles & 2 trailers (boat, jet ski, snowmobile)
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF ORONDO, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have five outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, back deck, back yard and pool. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS NOT ALLOWED:
Riley Estates is not pet friendly. Please note, however the house is not pet free. The owners, who use the home occasionally, have a non-hypoallergenic dog.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Up to five vehicles and two trailers (boat, jet ski, or snowmobile) are allowed. RV’s are not allowed if guests will be sleeping in the RV during your reservation. Please note the driveway to the home is a gravel driveway and part of the road to the home is a dirt road.
POOL MAINTENANCE:
Pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
