'Prettig verblijf. Hotel is wel te groot geworden. Wellness is met afwisselend badkleding aan net niet helemaal ontspannen. Het extra restaurant viel tegen. En het blijft aan de prijs. Maar alles keurig. '

'Heel goed, super, hotel, heerlijk gegeten (al moet je het personeel wel een keer vertellen dat tussen de gangen door iets meer pauze mag zijn). Geweldige kamer. naast het hotel skies aanklikken en naar de gondel skien. Wij hebben ons bijzonder goed vermaakt en komen zeker terug, ik kan dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen.'

'I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend'

'An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended.'

'The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. The only real negative was that the bed was very uncomfortable (somehow too hard and too soft at the same time). We stayed in a normal double room with a balcony. '
