GENIET VAN PANORAMISCH UITZICHT OP HET VERTONENDE DEK. (Geen vliegen of mesquitos). Veel eenheden hebben geen schermen. ZONSONDERGANGEN MET EEN GLAS WIJN OF OCHTENDKOFFIE. Wat een betere manier om een ​​dag te beginnen of een avond te beëindigen. GEEN STAPPEN. 10% korting op wekelijkse verhuur. Condo was volledig gerenoveerd in het voorjaar van 2017. Nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, ruime koelkast met franse deuren, vloerbedekking, bad ijdelheden, krukken, verlichting, meubels. De LEDGES is een zeer gewilde plek om te verblijven en gezinsvriendelijk. 5-10 minuten naar elke gewenste locatie. Restaurants, golf, waterpark, outlet mall, minigolf, go-cart tracks, mineraal Mikes en The Landing. Ledges heeft een strand voor de kinderen met zwembad in de buurt plus een 2e zwembad op het punt. De Point Pool of het afgeschermde dek van het appartement bieden een panoramisch uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Zeer comfortabele opblaasmatras voor 8 en 9 personen. 10x30 BOAT SLIP beschikbaar voor $ 20 / nacht. GEEN HUISDIEREN OF ROKEN BINNEN OF OP DEK GELIEVE. Mag vooraan roken. Super comfortabele bedden en mooie bedden. Ik heb geprobeerd alles voor je comfort te bedenken. Zelfs een kinderstoel voor de baby's. Gelegen op de 21. 5 mijl marker. (Bijlagen bevatten een onderverdelingskaart.)

Perfect Lake Getaway
I took my adult children for a much needed mini vacation. Needless to say I picked the perfect spot! Incredible views, beautiful condo, great sandy swim beach . Cheryl has thought of every detail to make her condo a stress free vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

Nice Place for Family Vacation
We were very happy with this property, and we plan on returning to the same place next year for our family vacation in the Ozarks. The photos in Homeaway were accurate, and it has been nicely remodeled. The entry to the property was easy as it’s level with the parking spaces. Sometimes we had a hard time getting a space right in front of the condo, but it was a busy vacation week. Google Maps led us (and our visitors) accurately into the Ledges complex. We did have problems when we arrived with the keypad on the front door, but Cheryl was able to walk us through via cell phone. The kitchen was set up and furnished well for family meals, snacks, and such. We did have to get a couple nicer skillets/pans from Walmart, as the ones there weren’t in good shape. Living room was comfortable, TV worked well (with cable), and WiFi worked most of the time (needed a couple reboots over the week). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for family of five with three young adult / teenage kids. Master bedroom is big, but the king size bed is very firm (too firm for us). The large screened-in deck was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings there. No bugs. Electric grill worked surprisingly well. Rolled shades stopped the afternoon/evening sun, but still allowed the breeze to come thru. We used the boat slip for a couple of days with a rental pontoon and Waverunner from nearby Agua Toys (basically in the same cove). Plenty of ducks, turtles, and small fish around the dock and beach to keep you interested. We used the beach, but not the pools much. The recent bad weather had left a bunch of floating debris (sticks, wood) in the lake and at the beach, but this cleared up after a couple of days. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, very clean
We stayed at Cheryl’s condo with another family and it fit us all very comfortably. Everything was very clean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The boat slip could be seen from the screened in porch, which was a bonus for us. Location was great. Close to Dog days, shorty pants and Redhead. Cheryl was great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Great location and beautiful sunsets at night. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we really enjoyed the screened in porch! Weekend traffic picked up along with noise from neighbors, but overall great stay!

Beautiful condo
We loved our stay at Cheryl’s place. Everything was clean and modern. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Check in was easy. It was not necessary to go to an office, just needed the passcode which was very convenient. For future guests, there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig so you can bring your own K cups. The location is great! We went mini golfing one day and visited the Bridal caves along with the Ha Ha Tonka Park another. We look forward to staying again.

Fantastic
This was our second time at Cheryl's place. We love it. You want for nothing. The beds are great- we love the linens- the decor is is spot on. We used the blow up mattress this visit, and we are now purchasing one for our guests. In our minds, this is our twice a year vacation home! The place is great, cheryl is very attentive; I would recommend this home to anyone, great for family or a group of friends!

Wonderful Girls weekend
We had a great weekend at the Lake for our annual girls weekend, well except for the snow storm that some of us drove back in on Sunday. The condo was very nice and accommodated the 7 of us very comfortably. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this is one of our favorites. We will be back!!!
