Afgelegen Beach Front Home

Afgelegen strand thuis, 3 niveaus. Volledige toegang tot het strand, volledige uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer. Het huis heeft alle nieuwe vloerbedekking, ramen, gevelbekleding en keuken. Eetkamer, woonkamer en slaapkamers hebben alle nieuwe meubels. Lay-out is 2 slaapkamers, Queen bed in master en queen bed in de tweede slaapkamer. lager niveau heeft familiekamer met dag bed w / verborgen, badkamer w / bad. Volledige keuken, woonkamer, volledige wasruimte met nieuwe wasmachine en droger en eetkamer. Deck uit bovenste niveau en op zijtuin. U kunt surfen, boogieboard, getijdenpoelen, zeeleeuwen, adelaars en walvissen kijken voor het huis. Meer dan 6 mijl van zandstranden. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 6 mijl van Newport en 15 van Lincoln City. Depoe Bay ligt op 5 mijl ten noorden heeft diepzeevissen en walvissen spotten. Het huis heeft strandspeelgoed, boogieboard, natte pakken, laarzen en handschoenen voor kinderen. Strandstoelen, barbecue, brandhout, houtkachel en een uitzicht dat u niet snel zult vergeten. Houd er rekening mee dat. De toegang tot het strand is een pad met trappen naar het zand, stormen zullen de onderste twee stappen wegspoelen. Ik herbouw ze zo snel mogelijk, maar het kan variëren afhankelijk van het seizoen.

Amazing beach house in the trees
Tom’s beach house is a very special place: isolated, peaceful, unbeatable views, comfortable beds/bedding, gorgeous path to the beach. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to be well-stocked with everything you would need including some oils and spices.The driveway is narrow and can be tricky, but we had no problems in our midsized SUV. The house is a funky, split level on a cliff. It is not for those with mobility issues.Bottom line, we loved everything about this house and plan to return again and again.

We spent a couple of nights at the property. I reached out to the owner Tom a few times for some practical help regarding the home without any response. The house is dusty and needed some TLC. The access to the beach is consisted of a rope and a will to live. The best way is to walk out of the neighborhood and head to the punch bowl view point and use the stairs, about a 15 min walk. it’s not a good rental if you like to make your own meals at the property. Do read other reviews on the home layout if you have disabilities or elderly in the traveling group. For the cost of the rental I’d stay somewhere else.

Wonderful views. Full moon over the ocean!
Beach access was washed out. One of us could make it down to the beach..and the dog could. Would have liked maybe a better description of where the bathrooms were in relation to beds and the many stairs. The incline at the driveway was hard to turn into. For us elderly types!

House on the hill

Secluded Hideaway, Fabulous Location
If you’re wanting to be centrally located for exploring the central coast, and you appreciate outstanding views including surfers and sunsets, this cozy secluded 3-level home might be for you. There are some caveats though: the entry way is challenging and a bit steep, the inside stairs are also steep and need to be used a lot since bedrooms, main bathroom, and living area are all on different floors. Younger, more agile folks probably wouldn’t mind. I ended up loving this home, and all the thoughtful interior details, despite the slight inconveniences.

Great stay! Lovely view, clean and comfortable. Parking is tight; access to the beach requires caution..and sure footedness..but also fun to watch the surfers and whales from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There is a nice bathroom downstairs with a tub but it does not have a shower. The house is not new but well maintained. I gave it a 4 on cleanliness as I felt there were a few things that could benefit from some additional attention e.g. the jets in the tub downstairs..but nothing that made us feel uncomfortable. We look forward to returning. Thanks to owner and staff who made it a great stay!

Location at Otter Rock beach is the best
3rd summer staying here. Location, location, location for anyone who wants to walk a wooded path , down rustic steps to a beautiful sandy beach. Great place to walk, run, boogie board, surf or simply watch the ocean sunset.

Perfect hidden gem right on the beach
Rustic, private, yet steps from the beach, this spot exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a 5-star resort to be pampered, this is not it. If you're looking to escape to spectacular views, relaxing privacy, and easy beach access, well, you have found it. The pictures are nice, but somehow do not do this place justice. House is clean, has everything you need to cook and do laundry, and tucked away between Lincoln City and Newport. Parking is a challenge, and you might think you are lost when you first find the road. But trust your GPS and you'll be fine. I hope to come back here someday!

This place is tucked away which provides privacy and a warm cozy feeling. The house has great views and everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. The trail/stairs to the beach is fairly easy to navigate. This was the perfect pick for our beach weekend getaway!

My mother and I stayed at this property a year ago and loved it, so this year my brothers and I did the same. It was just as lovely as remembered! The beach access and proximity to The Devil’s Punchbowl is an added bonus.
