'Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Op het toilet zat urine tussen de deksel en het scharnier. Gordijnen waren niet schoon. Zagen slordig uit. De gordijnen bij de slaapkamer hingen los. Kon niet gesloten worden. Rookmelder was niet compleet, zat alleen een dekseltje aan plafond. Televisie was buiten werking. Was nog niet aangepast aan digitaal, vertelde de eigenaar. Heeft hij niet vooraf gemeld. Was vervelend dat we hier zelf achter moesten komen. Hij nam niet op toen we laatste avond belde...

'Nathalie was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The space is small but it was perfect for two people. The location was also fantastic. It’s a 5 min walk from the nearest tram stop to get to the center. Although it’s also easy to walk to and from there without a problem. There were nice little amenities like an awesome chocolate bar. I’d stay again.'
