'We just used the upstairs as we had a small group and didn’t need the extra space in the basement. The house was clean. The kitchen space is very nice! I like that it was tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but you could access fuel, groceries, and Starbucks in just a couple of minutes! '

'Everything was wonderful except there was blood on one of the comforters and sheets so we had to change them before we could use them. It was late when we arrived the first night and we needed to use the beds so just went ahead and used. Otherwise we enjoyed the location house and would go back again. '

'This was an unexpected stay and worked out well. Due to a family emergency, we needed a place close to the hospital (two blocks away) and within walking distance to local businesses and eatery for convenience. Overall, the neighborhood was very quiet with no problems.Our stay lasted several weeks during the cold winter and the hosts made sure that the areas around the property were cleared of snow and that is a must! 'The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. I think they were just greeting us! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again! Hope to next year! '

'Our stay was great! The hot tub was perfect for our get together. They had had everything we needed and check in and out was seamless. They also were so great about us forgetting something and willing to mail it to us asap. Would definitely go back and/or recommend this to anyone. '

'We booked this with our grown kids when we visited family in Fargo. It is exactly as pictured - very roomy and cozy! The upstairs space is way bigger than I even thought! Super cute kitchen downstairs - I wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely try to use this VRBO again! '
