'We really love coming here, but this last time our room was kind of dirty. we come here a couple times a year, but it seems like this time we didn’t get the same kind of service. The people in the dining room were amazing and breakfast was delicious. I wish we had the opportunity to stay again with a room that is a tad bit cleaner. There was hair on my bed and pillows.'

'The hotel is old and historical. In its youth I imagine it was gorgeous! Unfortunately, old things take a lot of upkeep and I’m not sure this hotel gets enough. The vibe is cool but the floors are very squeaky and loud. I heard the people in the room above me until late in the night. Because the hotel backs up to a large hill, the trash pick up and recycling is in front. The morning we left, I was startled awake by the sound of so much glass being dumped into the trash truck at 6:50am. It would...
