'We originally chose this area as we were planning a trip down the Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Pacific Grove area. There were some very nice restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Our accommodations were just right for the location and amenities. The booking and check in process was very easy and the description was bang on. Very pleasant indeed.'

'It’s was our 30th Anniversary, we had an amazing time and never had to drive anywhere. I wish there Wr assigned parking spaces .. but we just went shopping super early in the morning . Kept the studio windows open the whole time and the ocean sounds was amazing even during the day. So hard to stay indoors cuz the beach kept calling. Very clean and we cooked a lot due to my husband’s health but loved it, very well equipped we didn’t need to use our stuff . 10/10 loved this place . Can’t wait to...

'Our stay in Pleasure Point was delightful. The place was exactly as it was described. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. Conveniently located to a beautiful walk along East cliff drive. I would rent it again.'

'We had a smooth and comfortable stay at the Manresa surf house studio. The bed is quite comfortable, the kitchen is perfect, and the bathroom and shower are spacious. It was easy to locate and plenty of parking. Great location to explore both Watsonville and the Santa Cruz. My one recommendation is that if you stay at this complex and have a choice, see if you can get a second floor unit. The party upstairs from us came back after 10pm, which is fine, but the noise from the exterior stairway and...

'We loved the place it was clean and spacious. Perfect location in Capitola. We had lunch in the sun at a local cafe and walked all over town. Great accommodations and good communication with the management company. The only issue was the garage which was difficult to get into. We were informed of this issue and thus did not use the car often after getting into the garage. We have an SUV. A smaller car would not have an issue. In summary, we would rent there again it was perfect!'
