'Had a very nice time. This location was new with construction still going on. But peace was not disturbed. Had a few issues at check-in , but management was very helpful and resolved the issues in a timely fashion. For an up and coming property I will be looking for this same property in other locations. 'The house is well equipped, is in a perfect location, and the backyard is where you will or should spend most of your time! Walkable to the beach, however we drove and parked the majority of the time. The Marriott beach area was very conjested. Very attentive owner and while the home lacks the WOW factor, it is very comfortable and easy. Very enjoyable. '

'The property manager met me on site and did a walkthrough and explained the features of the property and appliances. He had information about Aruba available. He was just a phone call away if I needed anything. The property was very clean with all up to date appliances. The privacy pool was amazing just wish it was heated so that we could utilize it more. February is their winter so after sunset the pool was cold. I will most definitely come back and book this property again.'

"Great hotel in a quiet area on the 2nd line from the beach. If you are looking for a hotel that is a little smaller than the big chains but still offers all the amenities, this is for you. There are only 2 floors and a limited number of rooms, so it never feels overly crowded and you'll never be just another guest. The rooms are a good size and offer plenty of storage space. Most rooms have a balcony, although some do not. Breakfast is included and offers plenty of choice.The hotel has a restaurant, but there are also plenty of options in the area.What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Aruba"
