'This an excellent property and would strongly consider booking again if I find myself in palm coast. Had everything my family from 1-83 years old needed or wanted and had excellent access to quiet and beautiful beaches.'

'Beach, pool, hot tub, house, and kitchen were awesome and very convenient for 10 day stay. Owner is upgrading as new pool table, side table, and 2 bathroom mirrors delivered during our stay so maintaining property! '

'Property is in an amazing location with 3 master bedrooms- great for families. We had a minor issue with the AC and the property management company was very prompt in getting a tech out, even late in the afternoon on a Friday. '

Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating '

'Krista was very responsive to any questions, concerns. The unit was clean with plenty of linens, etc. The location was great for some serious downtime. Awesome, quiet, and right on the beach. The accommodation could use some updating, but no complaints given the cleanliness and rate. First time to the Palm Coast area; would definitely consider a future vacation there and A Salty Dog rental property.'

'They house is in a great location. Woke up in the morning coffee on the patio and watched dolphins.Problem is the photos and descriptions are dated. Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. TV on patio, screen is burnt in the right with a line going straight through the screen also. Grill is rusted out and burners are falling off. Not safe in my opinion. Furniture very dated, not real comfortable. Refrigerator...

'Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable .'
