'Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

'The carriage house and location were absolutely perfect for our stay! We wanted to be close to The Pearl for a wedding and get to be near the beach since we had our own chairs. It was delightful and we will definitely be back! A fabulous find!'

'We have stayed in and near Rosemary multiple times and we decided this carriage house was the perfect location and set up for our family of 3. We loved the very short walk to the pool, beach and main street Rosemary. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. We also appreciated how they reached out ahead of time to arrange a bike for our daughter to use and it was there with the included bikes when we arrived. We would love to stay there again.'

'Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis. The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. "We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
