'Cozy little hideaway, Yaya's carriage house was perfectly located close to anything and everything within a couple minute walk. The steps up the loft/beds could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Clean and comfortable. Rosemary is such a lovely community! '

Initially, scan key access at gate and pre arrival email did not include enough gate info were an issue.. but we got in after a few mins... Gate guard was not friendly but local rep call access was helpful. '

'Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis. The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. The unit was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The loft bedroom was cute and bright, had a nice chair and ottoman that we used frequently for reading, and a decent sized dresser. There...

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
