'The carriage house and location were absolutely perfect for our stay! We wanted to be close to The Pearl for a wedding and get to be near the beach since we had our own chairs. It was delightful and we will definitely be back! A fabulous find!'

'Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

'Great week for a softball tournament and my daughter’s birthday. The property was well equipped with everything needed and in a great subdivision. Trolley available for transportation around the neighborhood and the beach. We will be back next year for the World Series!'

'When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children'

'Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis. The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. The unit was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The loft bedroom was cute and bright, had a nice chair and ottoman that we used frequently for reading, and a decent sized dresser. There...

'We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. It is situated on a quieter stretch of beach, and the beach itself is wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed. The views from the large windows are spectacular. The master suite is especially lovely. The property managers were responsive. We highly recommend the option of the beach chair service, and the bonfire was a true highlight of the trip. We would highly recommend this special property! '

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
