'Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

'When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children'

'Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis. The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. The unit was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The loft bedroom was cute and bright, had a nice chair and ottoman that we used frequently for reading, and a decent sized dresser. There...

'Great week for a softball tournament and my daughter’s birthday. The property was well equipped with everything needed and in a great subdivision. Trolley available for transportation around the neighborhood and the beach. We will be back next year for the World Series!'

'This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels.'

'We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.'

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
