Capistrano # 201 is een prachtig 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers Gulf-front / Beachfront condo aan de Golf van Mexico in Seacrest / Inlet Beach, net ten westen van Rosemary Beach en Alys Beach. De 1175 vierkante. Voet flat 6 personen met 2 koninginnen en de koningin slaapbank in de woonkamer. We zijn op de 2e verdieping van een rustig gebouw met 9 eenheden in Spaanse stijl met een professionele inrichting met palmbomen, tuinen, een fontein, een ruime achtertuin / speelruimte met een 'zonsondergangterras' voor 'de 30A-traditie' met drankjes bij zonsondergang, gemeenschappelijke houtskool BBQ, parkeren en fietsenrek. De 2e verdieping is ideaal in dit gebouw - hoog genoeg voor een uitzicht op de oceaan en slechts een trap bij het uitvoeren bagage of boodschappen. Geen zwembad --maar geen zwembad nodig met de zachte Golf golven!

Groot, panoramisch uitzicht van binnen en van buiten! Op je eigen balkon met een bistrotafel en 4 draaistoelen, buiten dineren, naar de dolfijnen en prachtige zonsondergangen kijken, je e-mail lezen of een roman schrijven. Alle gemakken van thuis met een volledig ingerichte design keuken, grote flatscreen-tv / dvd, stereo-installatie, gratis draadloos high speed internet, en wasmachine-droger. Slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer met bad-douche. We hebben drie HD-TV, plus een dvd-speler met Netflix en Smart Apps, dus neem je Netflix wachtwoord of meld je aan voor de gratis proefperiode van 30 dagen tijdens een verblijf. Locatie op 30A fietspad is 2 mi. Ten westen van Rosemary Beach en 1 mi. Strandstoel en parasol verhuur met dagelijkse opgezet zijn beschikbaar. Slechts 19 mijl en 25 minuten van de nieuwe NW Florida Stranden luchthaven!

A good vacation stay
It was clean and decently supplied. However there were a few minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived. The under-counter lights in the kitchen, especially over the stove, were burned out, leaving it in the dark. There was also a slow water leak in the hall bath drain. But, when we called for maintenance they got right over and fixed the lights, which was nice. Also our internet was down about 1/2 a day but maintenance checked back with us later in the day to make sure it was back on.

Back to School girl weekend
I stayed at Capistrano 201 for a long weekend with my sister and two young daughters for a back to school weekend. I chose this property for its direct beach access, easy parking, and proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The only suggestion I would make for the owner would be a couple blankets. The beds only had sheets and none of the chairs or couch in the living room had one either. Late in the evenings when we have finally cooled off and are ready to settle in for a movie it would have been nice for the kiddos to be able to snuggle in and fall asleep. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next year for our girl weekend trip.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The view is wonderful. Location is close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but a little farther from Seaside. The condo itself was spacious and as advertised. Overall the property was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully appointed, there were plenty of towels, the appliances were updated, and the patio was great. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing getaway
We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

Nice quiet beach and beautiful view.
We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Disappointing for us
This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

Nice location
The property was as described however there is one down side as the building is not as well isolated as one would wish. We had a very nice family with young kids living in the condo above whose steps were so well transmitted that the glass lamp in the living room didn’t stop moving and clinking when they were around. We fear that our neighbours in the ground floor condo had the same problem when we were around. The matress in the second bedroom could do with a change but as the living room has a very comfortable sofa bed this was not an issue. We overall enjoyed our stay on 30 A and already look forward to our next visit.

You MUST stay here!!!
This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

A Little Piece of Heaven
This is by far our most favorite place we have stayed at along 30a. The view is spetacular! We love the palm trees. They really add to the view. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything you might need. We love the long balcony. We definitely want to stay here again.

Best location out of all Florida trips I’ve taken!
Amazing location and the private beach was a game changer! With 2 little boys and lots to bring to the beach, this spot was unbeatable. We literally walked out to the same spot everyday no matter time or day of week. Well stocked kitchen appliances but could use salt and pepper as an item 😊

Great Location for a Girls Trip!
This beautiful condo with private beach access was perfect for a girls trip! We each had our own bed and bath! The views and sounds of the ocean waves from the 2nd floor balcony were delightful and relaxing. The location is perfect, as it is centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. It’s close to everything! We walked to Alys Beach one afternoon, and took Uber everywhere else. The private beach was awesome and “Jake’s” set up our beach chairs and umbrella daily. Joan was the perfect host! Hope to be back soon!!
