'Staff very friendly. Owner was there also, and able to talk with her as well. Had a power outage, and staff was able to transfer guests to other rooms that had power that was on the site's back up generator.'

'It’s a little difficult to find the entrance. The hotel is part of a multi use building wither rooms on the 4th floor. A staff member did come and greet us and assisted us understand that we needed to take an elevator to level 4 for checking in. The rooms were spotless clean and the a/c , water pressure and temperature worked very well. Located close to the seawall and tourism office with connections to Marirasol Island. 'Nicest resort in the Carles area. Beautiful beach front setting, room was clean and spacious. Parking area could be improved, but most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again :))'

'We had the small resort to ourselves, with friendly staff to look after us. We ate lovely breakfast and dinner in a small cabana on the beach watching the sea and local fishermen. Hot water was off as no sun for solar, but clean and comfortable room. Peaceful and beautiful.'
