Welcome to our brand new townhouse, perfect for family getaways or fun with friends! Located in the highly anticipated Nordix complex (phase one completed 2024), and situated at the base of the Silver Platter lift, this is the ideal location for those wanting ski in/out access. With mountain and valley views from the private patio, cozy modern decor throughout, and comfortable beds & linens, this property will quickly become a favorite destination!

The space

Location:
Centrally located, our townhome provides quick & easy access to the pristine slopes of Panorama Mountain Resort. We are only a few short minutes to the Silver Platter lift and approx 8-10min walk (5-6 min bike ride) to the hot pools, restaurants and main village.

ENTRANCE
Using your custom smart lock access code, you will walk into the townhouse, you have steps immediately in front of you and the garage door to your right. Please use the large garage door for loading and unloading skis, snowboards, bikes & golf clubs.

GARAGE AND BASEMENT BEDROOM
There is lots of space in the garage for all your sporting gear with rubber mats for comfort. There is a tall boot dryer at the back, along with some shelving & hooks for your shoes and coats that you can use during your stay. There is also a six wall mount bike rack, and a custom ski & snow board rack for equipment. Through the garage you will find a private bedroom (queen bed) with a 55" Smart TV with Netflix and a full ensuite!

MAIN FLOOR LIVING SPACE
The main floor living space is open concept with loads of natural light!!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you could need to whip up a light snack or family meal. (Keurig coffee maker, kettle, slow cooker, large roaster pan, pots & pans, cookie sheets, muffin tin) and fully stocked with supplies as well (paper towel, dish soap & tea towels/cloths). Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and Keurig pods are available for you to use during your stay. The kitchen has loads of counter space, including an eat up island that seats 4.

The live edge wood dining table seats 8 and can squeeze a couple more on the bench. Along the wall are built in cupboards - perfect for storing all your groceries!

Near the dining area is a half bathroom (toilet).

The living area has a small sofa with pull out bed, 60" Roku Smart TV, a 360 spinning cuddle chair, side tables, gas fireplace and access to the deck with hot tub. There is a small assortment of card games for you to enjoy and plenty of blankets for you to cuddle up with!

DECK SPACE
Out the back, just off the living space, is the door to the patio with a 6 person private hot tub & a 36 inch Blackstone cast iron flat top for cooking for large groups.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS (3)
Twin Bunk Room - sleeps 2
There is a small, twin over twin bunk room (perfect for children) with a small closet. This room overlooks the ski hill.
Queen Bunk Room - sleeps 3
This room has beautiful high ceilings and views out to the ski hill. The bunk bed has a queen on the lower level and a twin XL above. There is a large closet perfect for suitcases!
Primary Room - sleeps 2
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet space and ensuite with a large walk in shower. The bathroom floor has in floor heating as well! For your comfort, all the sheets & pillow cases are cozy bamboo linens.

* Each of the bedrooms currently have privacy blinds.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
On the second floor is a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels!

LAUNDRY CLOSET
There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay (laundry soap is also available).

PARKING
There is one space out the front of the property, and one space out the back under the patio. EV charging (50 amp) is also available in this covered spot thru the garage. Max number of Vehicles is TWO, (extra Parking is in the Over Flow Ski Hill Parking)

Amenities:
You have access to all Panorama Resort amenities like the outdoor hot pools, village gondola, Valley Trail, tennis and pickleball. You can enjoy a number of other activities (extra fees) at your fingertips such as Grey Wolf Golf Course (one of the best in Canada), down hill mountain biking, whitewater rafting, side by side and quad tours, snowmobile tours, RK Heli skiing, hiking, biking or head down to Invermere for a nice day on the lake. Panorama Village, with its charming shops and restaurants, is just a short stroll away, offering you the convenience of local amenities without driving to town. There is a small grocery and convenience store within a 6 min walk and a coffee shop not too far away!

NOTE - We have access to two other 4 & 5 bedroom townhomes in the same development. If you are a large group, such as a wedding or corporate retreat, please message us directly for pricing and availability as we can handle up to 30 people using all three townhomes.

Other things to note
Please note that Panorama Village is located at the top of a double lane mountain road in the Purcell Mountains. In the winter you may encounter poor road conditions and heavy snowfall. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped to handle these conditions as there will be no refunds issued due to weather conditions of any kind, unless the road is closed for at least 24 hours.

Remember you are in the mountains and you may encounter wildlife at the property such as bears, deer, cougars, squirrel etc. Please do not approach or feed wildlife and ensure that no garbage is left behind or left outside on the patio spaces.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the two metal storage cabinets in the garage/equipment room.

We had a great ski trip with our group of friends. Location was close to the t bar that takes you straight to the hill. Had plenty of towels for showering and hot tubs, and even lots of coffee pods for us.

Great place to stay at Panorama

For the past 10 years, I have been visiting Panorama Resort during Thanksgiving holidays with my friends and family. Unfortunately, my experiences with accommodations in the area were often disappointing—until I discovered this newly built, modern-designed hotel. It was truly the best experience I’ve had, offering the perfect blend of comfort and warmth, just like my home. The property is impeccably maintained, with brand-new appliances and thoughtfully designed amenities. In the past, we always brought our own blankets, bed sheets, and pillows due to concerns about cleanliness and odors in other hotels. This time, however, we didn’t need any of our own items. Everything at this hotel was spotless and of the highest quality, exceeding all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book the same place again next year. That said, I’m a little concerned about securing a reservation, as many of my friends and family are now eager to stay there too!
