'Hotel was goed, maar wij wisten niet dat er geen tussentijdse schoonmaak was. Bedden werden niet opgemaakt, schone handdoeken moest je elke dag om vragen. Vuile handdoeken bleven liggen. Dat viel dus tegen. Kan nergens terugvinden dat dit er niet bij zat.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at Level. The room was quite spacious and felt more like a small apartment. There was insuite laundry facilities and dishes, glasses, bowls and many other housewares in the kitchen It was also nice to use the hot tub which was nice and available until 10 pm. Overall I would highly recommend Level.'

'Is excellent for everything that is required for a short stay, location, cleanliness inconvenience. The key pick up was easy, only a block away, and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the train and only a 20 minute walk to BC place. The accommodations were nothing fancy, but of what you’re looking for is a central location to explore the city with a full kitchen and comfortable bed, this would be an excellent choice. 'We were excited to stay on a boat again, as we had done in Boston and had loved it. Upon arrival, we noticed this boat was older, which i have no problem with, but it was dirty overall. We did not use the kitchen (which would have been great for just having breakfast in, at least). Coffee pot was at least 30 years old and looked it (we had one early in our marriage). The sponge in the kitchen was old and has hair on it. I found 2 orthodontic rubber bands on the floor, one by the dining room...

'Bill and Bev, thanks very much for welcoming us! Quiet, serene and a great getaway even with the rain! Loved all the hiking nearby and close to town to bumble around. Next time will be sunny for sure and we can take advantage of the fire pit with a view!'

'Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. Great location to walk to shopping and dining w lots to choose from. Hellena was spot on w communication for checking in and out and for navigating the parking garage and building. This will be our go to when we visit Vancouver again. '
