'First time at this hotel and first time in Paso Robles. When we arrived at the hotel, granted a bit earlier than expected, we were told that our room was not ready. No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about.'
