' This was my first time in Algeciras and let me tell you it’s worth visiting. I went to this hotel and I was welcomed with a big smile and open arms, it just made me feel like I was home in way. The receptionist was so sweet and even gave me a map to show me what I could do during my stay in Algeciras. The rooms were clean, and I just had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this hotel'

'Great place to stay in the center of historical town. Room need some refreshment but was ok. Bed was smal and hard. Room was on top in a typical Tarifa style building with small stairs and candle light. very nice place tasty with beautiful nature and restaurants ,bars and shops bohemia style. Great stay'

'Quaint historic property with great common spaces. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, including directly is to the closest parking area. Loved our room with windows opening out on the streets (walking area so not a lot of traffic noise). Room was comfy and well done in terms of historic detail. Bathroom was small but fine. Very good for the price paid

"I'm glad I changed to this hotel last-minute, since it is very close to the airport and the border. I'm pretty sure I had booked a room with "city view", but got a view of the pool, the Gibraltar rock and the Spanish harbour. Even though it was very quiet in the hotel, they still served quite an extensive breakfast. Prices for drinks at the bar are very acceptable. Staff is friendly, rooms are fine. I noticed that about a third of the hotel is disused and totally blocked off, but I think most people won't even notice. The part that was open was well kept. Recommended for sure. Way cheaper than hotels in Gibraltar and getting accross the border on weekdays (in january) is a breeze. "
