'The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. 'The location is amazing and we like the quiet comfort of the lazy beach. The coffee provided was great and the host provides great tips both via message and also the check in/out book provided. The restaurants up and down the beach are great and the nearby mini supermarkets have things to make the stay pleasant. We would definitely stay again (this is our second stay here).
