"Peaceful & Private in Perdido Key" is een rustig, gerenoveerd appartement aan het strand in Perdido Key, Florida met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanuit bijna elke kamer, dankzij de open plattegrond. Onze woning met 2 slaapkamers en 2. 5 badkamers voor 9 personen en is onlangs verbouwd tot een moderne, minimalistische vakantie die is ontworpen om u op uw gemak te stellen. Leun achterover en ontspan op ons rustige stuk strand, in ons comfortabele huis en privéterras.

"Peaceful and Private in Perdido Key" is in een rustig gebouw met 6 units, Solana Shores, met meer dan 100 meter privéstrand. Direct naast de oceaan ligt Solana Shores tussen een kwart mijl woonhuizen en een 2 mijl staatspark vol zandduinen, zeehaver en natuurlijke dieren in het wild. Perfect privé en rustig, zelfs tijdens drukke tijden! De tweede beste eigenschap van Solana Shores is dat het op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan ligt, het uitzicht is perfect vanaf het dek (en zowat elke kamer in het appartement), en de oceaan klinkt gemakkelijk om te slapen. Plus, met slechts 6 eenheden, hoeft u niet op liften te wachten - OPMERKING: 2 sets overdekte buitentrappen. Het enige waar je op moet wachten is dat de zon ondergaat. En onze bovenhoek staat op het westen, dus het is gemakkelijk om achterover te leunen op ons privédek en te baden in de ondergaande zon.

Perdido Key, ook bekend als "Lost Key", is een van de best bewaarde geheimen van Florida! Perdido betekent "verloren" maar het is magie zal niet verloren gaan op jou. Perdido Key, gelegen tussen Pensacola, FL en Orange Beach, AL, is een barrière-eiland dat nog steeds redelijk privé is en niet volledig ontwikkeld, maar toch van moderne gemakken en restaurants geniet. Met ongerepte zandloperstranden en smaragdblauw water wordt Perdido Key waarschijnlijk uw volgende favoriete vakantiebestemming.

Open plattegrond - we slopen muren om het uitzicht te openen!
Hoogwaardige afwerking met kwarts aanrecht in de keuken, graniet in badkamers en schuifdeuren voor sommige kasten.
Nieuw meubilair en beddengoed - comfortabel om te ontspannen.
Grote en open keuken - volledig gestapeld en goed ingericht, extra ijsmaker, grote capaciteit roestvrijstalen koelkast en vaatwasser.
Meester - comfortabele koningin, dagbed en onderschuifbed
2e slaapkamer - 2 stapelbedden met uitschuifbare matras voor 5 personen. (*Extra! 2e slaapkamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier de Ole, passerende boten en kleurrijke zonsondergangen ook!)
Full-size was - wasmachine en droger.
Breng alstublieft uw eigen strandhanddoeken mee.
Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen.
Gasten kunnen alle beschikbare kruiden, specerijen, oliën, zeep, enz. Gebruiken die beschikbaar zijn.

De zomer wordt wekelijks verhuurd, van zaterdag tot zaterdag voor de maanden juni, juli en eerste helft van augustus. Buiten die maanden hebben we een minimum van 4 nachten waarbij elke dag uw check-in is. We staan open voor maandelijkse huur voor de maanden november, december, januari en februari.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
I am always looking for a place that feels like a home away from home for my family of 5. The home is cozy and the layout is perfect. It felt safe. It is closer to the beach than I thought. We could sit on the balcony and the kids would run to the beach to play football. We could talk to them from the balcony. The beach was not over crowded at all even being next to a public access. We were all so impressed and would book this property again.

This is the place!
No surprises here, maybe better than the pictures! Everything was super clean. The view from the balcony's was incredible. You can't beat the location, even on weekends the beach was never crowded. Just a good feeling place to stay on vacation. Hope to stay here again!

Condo wasn’t as pictured… it was better. Communication and check in process with the host was spot on. The condo itself has all the amenities you would need to feel at home - kitchen has all cookware etc needed to make meals, furniture was all very comfortable and the tv has an apple tv so you can stream anything. Wifi worked well too. The location was exactly what we were looking for - close to restaurants and grocery but most importantly, it’s next to a state park so you have plenty of beach without inhabitants - beach felt nice and private. Overall, highly recommend this stay!

Lovely condo!
This is our second time staying at this property and we are likely to return. Location is great, close to everything but proximity to the state park makes it a relatively quiet stretch of beach. Condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you need. Many good restaurants nearby. It's perfect!

We loved our stay! It was myself, husband, 16yr and 13yr old. The condo was awesome. It was well stocked with everything you will need, very clean, spacious and right on a PRIVATE beach. The only negative thing I have to say is the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat. I would still definitely rent this condo again

We really enjoyed ourselves!
This is a great place. It has a lot of extras that really make the difference. Location - still close to everything but its a lot more private that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Private Beach - There is a public beach access one lot over, but there are clear signs that keep most of the non-residents in the public area. The building only has 6 units. Full size washer and drier, newer appliances, and lots of kitchen appliances. Its very clean. We will be back.

Could not have been more perfect
If you want to be steps from the beach in a peaceful location, this is the spot for you. This property is right next to other small buildings and a state park, so no huge crowds at the beach. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. If you rent the closet, you will have chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards at your disposal. We look forward to renting this space again next summer!

So Perfect!
This was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the private, clean beach. We rented the storage locker and it had everything we could have needed. The house was beautiful and pleasant to be in. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into it. The neighbors were friendly and super helpful. Especially when we got hit with Tropical Storm Claudette and a surprise tornado warning! We had a slight snafu at check-in, but the owners were easy to contact and made sure the issues were taken care of. If we come back to Perdido, I hope this condo is still available. Thank you!

This condo was clean, decorated beautifully, organized and well stocked... I cooked every meal and this kitchen had almost everything I needed ! Also the spices that were allowed to be left were such a convenience! Felt like home .... ! Master bed was a little hard and deck was not covered but with all the sliding glass doors you felt like you were outside ! Courtney was quick to respond to questions and check out was a breeze ! Peace on a beach
Had a great time in Perdido Key. The house was perfect in every way and the private beach was amazing. The neighbors were super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. The views were very nice from everywhere in the house and all the amenities were there.

Family Getaway
Great location next to state park and away from packed beaches. Lots of wildlife. Very spacious unit with room for all to spread out and find a comfortable spot to relax or read, although beds were too firm for our taste. We would stay here again!

Great rehab!
We had a very relaxing stay at Peace in Perdido. It was myself, husband and 19 yo daughter and a friend. The rehab that the owners did on the property is great, like an HGTV show. The kitchen was well appointed allowing for us to have a few meals at "home". The building has a designated private beach so it was good for a socially-distanced vacation. We would definitely rent again.

Our favorite yet!
Been coming to the panhandle with our kids for 15+ years. This is the first place we stayed that we all agreed was a perfect amount of space with all the amenities we needed and a great location for our needs. My kids don’t love pools, so that wasn’t an issue. We also enjoy buying seafood at local markets and cooking many days on our own, so that was perfect too. We have three kids, 15,13,10 and felt like the addition of a half bathroom downstairs was icing on the cake. I could go on and on about the little things we loved and worked well for us including the washer and dryer, bunk beds, two full bathrooms, all the seating throughout the condo, etc. will def be renting again!
