Locatie, locatie, locatie! Welkom bij onze exclusieve en gezellige cottage met twee slaapkamers en één badkamer waar je de Rock Island Trail in je achtertuin kunt vinden en alle fantastische restaurants en winkels op slechts een steenworp afstand van N. Vooruitzicht in Peoria Heights !!
Welkom in onze exclusieve en gezellige cottage met twee slaapkamers en één badkamer, letterlijk op slechts een paar blokken verwijderd van alle fantastische restaurants en winkels op N. Vooruitzicht in Peoria Heights maar toch ver genoeg om het bos in je achtertuin te hebben. Rock Island Trail ligt op slechts een paar meter afstand van uw achterdek. We hebben een thuis weg van huis gecreëerd voor onze familie en vrienden en breiden het nu uit naar jou! Dit is geen gedeelde ruimte en is van jou om te genieten met de privacy die je verdient. Elke slaapkamer heeft een groot bed met comfortabele bedden van Pottery Barn. Daarnaast is er een comfortabele bank in de woonkamer als dat nodig is om op te slapen. Onze keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een kort of lang verblijf, inclusief een fornuis, koelkast en magnetron. We hebben ook een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat met de verschillende accessoires die nodig zijn voor een vers gezette kop koffie of thee. Tijdens uw verblijf bent u van harte welkom om buiten te zitten op ons grote mooie terras met uitzicht op de bossen en Rock Island Trail. We hebben een handige parkeerplaats op onze oprit, en er is ook voldoende extra parkeergelegenheid op straat.

Cosy little home
We had a great stay for a group of 4 in this cosy little home. Attended a wedding and room for us to get ready. Walking distance to Prospect Ave and plenty of restaurants. The walkway behind was pretty this time of year.

Exactly what we needed
I recently drove from the East Coast to drop my son at Bradley University. We needed a home base for a week to cover orientation, shopping, and move-in. The house was perfect for us. The two bedrooms had comfortable beds and the living room was great for lounging and watching TV. The house was close to everything, and an easy 15 minutes to Bradley. It was very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent experience. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants, etc. Access to the Rock Island trail is one house over. Sitting on the private deck overlooking the trail was a highlight. Ashley was always quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely come again.

Hope Everytime was like my first experience!
Was using hotels and decided to try VRBO from a recommendation so glad I did, having a full house for a place out of town was a great choice. Ashley was super responsive and very accommodating! House was great had everything you would need, access to WiFi and plenty to watch on the TV.

A nice 'home away from home' base!
We were in town for three days for a school reunion and had free time to explore the area. Overall we had a great stay! This house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and was very clean inside. It's in a great location at the back of a quiet, safe neighborhood. We walked to the end of the street from the house then passed by lovely homes to Grandview Drive, which has benches to enjoy views of the river. We enjoyed having access to the Rock Island Trail plus being within walking distance to great eateries. If you're looking for a nice 'home away from home base', we recommend the Peoria Heights Haven!

Adorable cottage in a great location!
We stayed for 4 night and absolutely loved it. This is an adorable, quaint and very comfortable cottage located right on the Rock Island trail and close to shopping and several excellent restaurants. We had our morning coffee every day on the beautiful back deck, overlooking the trail. Ashley has done a really nice job of providing everything you need. We will definitely stay again and again!

Meeting Halfway Reunion
My college Roommate and I decided to have a mini-reunion for the weekend. Peoria was halfway between where we both live. The accommodations were lovely, just right for two good friends. This home is located perfectly to walk the trail and enjoy the sites and shopping in Peroira Heights. A quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. My daughter & I took a trip to Peoria to check out the Fall foliage. The colors were beautiful everywhere we looked! Our stay at the "Haven on the Trail" was just perfect. It had everything we needed and was close to our destinations. The back deck was inviting and comfortable in the evening to relax and perfect in the morning for our coffee & tea!
