'The property is 500% as listed; private, in the woods, steps down to ocean, spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 4, loved the puzzles, foosball, outdoor space and indoors had everything we needed. We had a fun power outage adventure due to high winds. Jenny responded immediately with where to find flashlights and a timeframe of when it would be back on. Highly recommend this property, we never wanted to leave the house!'

'Our stay was nothing short of perfection, everyone had enough space to spread out, yet there were plenty of cozy spots to gather together! 'PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. Excellent lakefront property. Hoise is well loved and cared for. Very clean. Plenty of outdoor area to run around. 'Overall, our stay in Lubec was amazing! The location was fantastic - beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from town. The house was lovely and well supplied. The lobster pot was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were a lot of flys in the house during our week there.
