'Perfect location, perhaps a 5-minute walk from the historic town center. Ample space in a quiet corner of the old part of Perugia. We used our apartment as our base of operations to explore the city and the Umbria region for nearly a full month. This was exactly what we had hoped for. 'Our stay at San Giovanni del Pantano was truly perfect! The villa was exactly as shown and the location was perfect for easy day trips. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm!
