'We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. We loved the front porch swing and my 12 year old son spent time on the swing off the front porch. We put on water shoes and explored the creek out back too! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook with food we brought as there are not stores close by. We plan to stay again next year! I...

'Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner or quieter place to stay! Very comfortable beds, plush new towels,and a very courteous host who promptly responded to our inquiries. Beautiful area - enjoyed exploring Shenandoah National Park and Shenandoah Caverns. Love having Lake Laura, the Community Store (great deli sandwiches), the Copper Kettle, the Burn Barrel, Pale Fire Brewing, and of course, Smiley’s (our favorite!) close by.
