'Im not from phoenix so i was unaware that this location was on a bar block, and across the street from the college ASU. It was very noisy. During the day it was noisy with construction and the night was lit even on a Monday. The unit itself was really nice. I appreciated the dairy free creamer with the coffee. The in unit washer and dryer for use was a blessing! I would definitely stay here again. '

'A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!'

'This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.'

'Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10. '

'Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

'Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit.'

'Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. '

'This was the WORST check in , in my history!!! I am not a picky person but it took 2 hours, numerous texts & phone calls to actually get into the room!!! I was in the pitch dark trying to find the correct place , only to have NO key box! We finally were able to establish, there was no lockbox, and I was let in the back door! The gentleman helping me was very patient & helpful , but the directions were horrible , at best. The apartment was clean & comfortable, but walking around in the dark...

'We loved the location and the comfortable beds at this 2 bdr affordable apt in downtown Phoenix. A great spot for my friend and me to enjoy AZ. Close to everything we needed! Very responsive hosts also. '

'Our stay in this home was nothing less than perfect. We were able to be within walking distance of restaurants, museums, and the metro but still in a quiet neighborhood. The beds, bathroom, kitchenette, and closet were exactly what we needed. '

'The location was great and it was nice to have an apartment feel. The space wasn’t quite as clean as I’d hoped (for instance the shower had the dispenser holders but no bottles and they were rusted and dirty, floors were still dusty) but overall it was a decent quick stay. I wasn’t able to use the amenities but the building overall looked nice!'
