Beste condo-locatie in het complex

Dit is een nieuw ingerichte, mooie, twee slaapkamers, een en een kwart badkamer appartement in een rustige wijk van Glendale, Arizona, net buiten Phoenix. Deze unit is een paar, zeer korte minuten naar alle sportlocaties. Het is mooi ingericht met een volledig functionele keuken. De keuken is voorzien van granieten werkbladen, nieuwe kleine apparaten, nieuwe schalen, potten en pannen. Het apparaat is geschikt voor 6 personen. De slaapkamers hebben queen size bedden en de woonkamer heeft een uitklapbare bank. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van slaapplaatsen, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over het matrascomfort. Selecteer gewoon uw stevigheid en slaap goed. De hoofdslaapkamer is tevens voorzien van een dekvloer televisie en inloopkast. Er zijn twee balkons; een uit de woonkamer en de andere uit de slaapkamer. Beide kijken uit op de feniksgroenriem, waardoor deze eenheid erg stil en wenselijk is. Het is kabel uitgerust met high speed internet. Er zijn 2 flatscreen televisies en een blue ray dvd-speler. U kunt naar het park lopen, winkelen, spoedeisende zorg, een groot ziekenhuis en boodschappen doen. Je kunt ook naar Starbucks, Einstein-bagels en vele andere winkelgelegenheden lopen. Dit is een mooie, hogere middenklasse appartement. Het is geen duik en ook niet het Ritz Carlton. Het is vergelijkbaar met een ambassadesuite in kwaliteit, maar met alle voorzieningen van thuis. Het is erg schoon met zeer comfortabele meubels. Maid service is beschikbaar.

I would definitely rent here again. The condo is absolutely in the best location of the complex. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked perfectly clean and inviting. With the 17 and 101 nearby it's easy to get around the valley. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for our visit

We really enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean upon arrival. Gary was easy to communicate to with and helpful in answering last minute questions. If we ever make it back to the Phoenix area, we would love to stay there again.

There was just 2 of us it was fine.

If you had people in the second bedroom, it didn't have a tv. Stairs to the 2nd floor are difficult to walk, older people would have a hard time on them!

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed hear for 2.5 weeks over Christmas and New Years 2021. Our children live in Phoenix and we were able to celebrate Christmas with them here. The unit is well equipped for preparing meals and very close to Kroger. We communicated with Gary a few times and he was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving vacation

Gary was very accommodating, I flew in from Alaska with my adult son and his girlfriend and my 3 younger children. We arrived just after 8AM and were able to check in early as well as checking out late since our departure flight didn't leave until 7 in the evening. The condo was great, the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I picked the location because it was only a 5 minute drive to the ASU West campus where my oldest goes to school. We're from Alaska so a driving 20 - 45 minutes to get somewhere is normal for us. The kids didn't mind the drive to Scottsdale for the OdySea or driving an hour to Mesa to visit family. I am pleased to say that the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, dining ware, pyrex glass in all different sizes and even large serving platters and bowls which made making Thanksgiving dinner for my kids easy. There were even separate beach towels for the pool, lots of extra pillows and blankets, cleaning supplies and toiletries were available so we didn't have to rush to the store right away. The internet decided to quit on us, no fault of the owners but Gary was great and stayed on top of getting it fixed. We didn't mind at all since we were out all day long and all the kids had mobile internet on the their phones and devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks for having us!

Great Condo

My family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were looking for a budget friendly but comfortable home for our spring vacation, and this certainly met our needs. The property was in a nice location with good proximity to many places we wanted to visit in the area. The complex was quiet and had lovely landscaping. My son and husband loved running on the trail right next door and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, with spices and and other kitchen supplies. Thanks for a great stay!

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house because we were wore out exploring the state. Overall we enjoyed it, it worked perfect for us. My only complaint is the mattress in the second bedroom really needs to be replaced. We used the foam bed topper the 2nd and 3rd night and it was better but a new mattress would make it so much more comfortable
