'Mint House in Birmingham, AL was an excellent choice for us! It was our first time staying there and we were pleasantly surprised by the useful amenities they offer. We loved the full size kitchen and having access to a washer and dryer in our room! Check-in instructions were easy to follow. The room was very clean and cozy! We will definitely be staying there next time we’re in Birmingham! '

They sent the instructions while I was in transit. My iPhone triggered a one-hour theft protection lock downloading the app. I was locked out of my phone downtown at 8 PM trying to get into a building for which I had no key. Thankfully, it's a part of town the police do not patrol. I tried calling but...
