'The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place. 'Roulette Ranch is much more scenic than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very well set up. They have a crock pot and air fryer as well as all the pots and pans required as well as enough bakeware. I had no problem cooking for my family and my son who has GERD and food allergies. The beds and linens are all quite comfortable. The host had plenty of local brochures that really helped us plan where to eat out and what to do. 'Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!'

'This place is very cute and fun, it was a little cold during our stay so not a lot of outside time. But we did visit the animals, each morning they were a lot of fun. The dogs so sweet. We enjoyed the house very cute and cozy, had everything we needed.'

Cons: never received instructions on check in, reading septic system, dog food kept under kitchen cabinet (we had no pets), dog/ cat hair on couch and bunk bed, difficult to put out Murphy bed and need more kitchen towels (only had 2) and toilet I.
