'Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions. Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. 'Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Walking distance to gondola ski lift. Restaurant of the hotel has lots of choice and is open late. Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House ! '
