'Cannot say enough good things about this rental. I don't love vacation rentals and have been avoiding, but took a chance on this trip and I am SO glad we did. We checked in late evening and had no trouble locating everything. The directions were clear. Fresh, clean, and every single thing we needed was at an arm's reach. We were very comfortable. 'We love visiting Seal Beach for family and the walkable beach/coffee/food. This was a great spot to stay and the hosts super great with prep and communication throughout. Very cute patio (shared with the larger house but we were the only ones here for the week) and great to be able to park the rental car in the garage off the street. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!'

'Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids.'

'We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!'

'We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. Parking was convenient and you had your space to park in garage. You could walk to the beach and near by restaurants. '

'We booked this house last minute for our fall break trip. It was great for so many reasons!! They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. '
