'I received no communication when I had questions / requests from The owner. The lamps didn’t work in the master / the one light bulb that did was Super dim / super dark in the master but the bed was big and comfy/ I did feel itchy at night . The Ac seemed like it didn’t work it was super hot. Overall it was okay for a last minute booking.'

The convenience of this location is noteworthy, given its interconnectedness with the rest of Plano and quick/ easy access to most communities throughout the Dallas metroplex. 'Overall nice stay! The beds were very nice and the furniture was cozy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. This alone would make me stay again. We did have a disappointment with trying to get in the coded door, and had to call the owner to unlock it. But it was resolved quickly and she remote unlocked. Also there weren’t many amenities. There was coffee bit no sugar. No paper towels (that we found)…basic things like that and we had to make a target run. Not a necessity, but a bummer. Overall...

'This house was neglected and run down. I think it was clean (because it reeked of fabuloso upon entry) but it was hard to tell because it had so much wear and tear. No basic amenities were provided (soap, shampoo in the showers, k cups for the coffee maker). The bed pillows were awful. The photos do not show the state of the house. If you can find another option I would. '
