'House was in quiet neighborhood. The rooms were as described and we had plenty of space. The backyard was much smaller than it appears in pictures and was muddy and in usable. It rained the last day making it worse with flooding. There was also flooding at base of driveway. The garage door didn’t work so we did not have access to garage. Host stated that house cleaners had alre made them aware and it could not be fixed during our stay. Also freezer didn’t stay cold. I lost ice cream that turned...

'The property has a lot of great features, accommodates a huge group, but you do not find out until you book how concerned they are about other people, like additional family that may visit. The swimming pool was nice. The kids had a great time with the ping pong and foosball tables. It looks like a party house, but in my opinion they are overly concerned about noise levels especially considering it sleeps 13 people. It’s a great place if you need a lot of room, just be prepared to keep the noise...
