Villa in een rustige urbanisatie, Can Singala in Puerto Pollensa

Villa in Ibiza-stijl in een van de beste wijken van Puerto Pollensa op 150 meter van de zee en de wandelpromenade van deze stad. Het bestaat uit 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, waarvan 2 met eigen badkamer, grote woonkamer met toegang tot een ruim terras en een aangename binnenplaats die veel privacy biedt. Het heeft een prachtig privézwembad van recente bouw omgeven door een ruime tuin die buitenspelen mogelijk maakt waardoor het ideaal is voor gezinsvakanties en vooral met kinderen. Volledig uitgerust en gerenoveerd heeft WiFi, satelliet-tv, airconditioning en een ping-pong.
Het ligt in de buurt van de beste stranden in het noorden van Mallorca, zoals Formentor en Alcudia en op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van Puerto Pollensa, waar verschillende bars, restaurants, winkels, supermarkten, apotheken en andere lokale diensten zijn.

Traumurlaub in guter Lage
Wir hatten Anfang Oktober einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wundervollen Villa. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Cristina verlief reibungslos. Die Lage fast direkt am Ende des Pine Walks von Port de Pollença hat uns gut gefallen.

A truly gorgeous villa in a perfect location
We had the most amazing stay at Cristina's villa. Everything worked perfectly, the villa is really comfortable, the outside space is stunning, it's about 3 minutes walk to the sea and it's located in the quiet end of Puerto Pollenca. We honestly had a perfect stay, and will be returning.

Perfect villa, fab host and a great location
This villa was perfect for what we needed, minutes from the pine walks and the beach and a short walk to the Store. It was really clean, well furnished and stocked with what we needed and Cristina was amazing at responding to our needs like bed guards for the kids. Loads of seating areas outside and a lovely clean pool and garden. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The pool/garden area is perfect for chilling, eating, sunbathing and just having a good time with the family. The house has everything you need. You can walk 20-30 minutes to the port along a long promenade with many boutiques and places to eat and drink or staying at the beach.

Fantastic cycling break to Puerto Pollensa!
We had an amazing time staying at the villa, which is in a perfect location for cyclists visiting the region, with easy access to all of the major cycling routes, as well as a short walk along the seafront for restaurants and bars. Cristina was a fantastic host, regularly in touch to update us about our upcoming trip, greeting us at the property to relay all of the key information. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and lovely outdoor area for relaxing by the pool in the afternoons. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you.

Lovely villa in a great location
We had a wonderful long weekend in Can Singala. The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with lots of outdoor space to enjoy too. Our group of 8 friends loved the walk along the Pinewalk into town for restaurants and the proximity to beaches. Communication with Cristina was excellent, right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Any problems were solved immediately. We would definitely recommend this lovely villa and hope to return in the future.

The perfect villa
The Villa is in a great location, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the main restaurants, shops etc, and the walk has the most beautiful view, especially at sunset. The sea is literally a 5 minute walk away, as well which was amazing. The villa had everything we needed. The pool and outside setting was lovely. The ping pong table was great fun. My family and I loved the villa and location, we would 100% return. Cristina is also a very good host :)

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an einem kleinen Strand - Restaurants sind ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt - Klimaanlage auch perfekt und leise. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein großes und scharfes Kochmesser.

blissful Break
After a difficult two years with Covid etc it was a great relief to arrive at Crisitna's spotless villa. (we used Suntransfers taxis to get there -fab service) The kitchen is very modern with a giant fridge /dishwasher and coffee maker with all the plates /glasses /pots and pans one could possibly need. The bedrooms immaculate with 3 shower rooms so plenty of space for all. The sittingroom has 2 lovely double doors that open into a pretty garden with lots of lawns /trees. bougainnvilla and a large family of tame and friendly sparrows we fed every morning.. The swimming pool(lightly salty) is a fabulous size, very clean and although unheated provided welcome relief when temperatures hit 90F. Cristina thoughtfully supplied sunbeds for 6 and lots of towels.Plenty of shade too!There are 3 tables for eating out and a ping pong table too if one feels energetic. The aircon throughout the house is excellent tho we tried not to have it on all the time . The sea is just a 10 min walk away and Hotel Ila D'Or on the front often provided us with delicious cocktails (huge mojjitos) and non alcoholic mocktails for the children. The little beaches are delighteful and the water very shallow , ideal for nervous swimmers.Taxis are easy to get ..and a visit to the old town of Pollensa in the evening is highly recommended. All in all a wonderful holiday. Thank you Cristina!! x
