'Full kitchen made the multi-day stay easy after a quick shop at the nearby grocery store. Super clean, great shower, pool was uncrowded and nice. Staff was helpful by registering our two local grandsons so they could swim in the pool. Great air conditioning also. Fresh, modern, and very clean. Expensive, but this is peak season in Newport RI. '

'Unbeatable location. Room with bare bones necessities to spend the night. Shared bathroom and shower with several other rooms but can’t beat the price if you’re looking for a decent bed in central Newport.'

'A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.'
