'We were actually at a property in Venice Beach, a house with private pool. It was very nicely decorated and so comfortable. Close to everything. We had a blast.'

'Booked through VRBO (who I have been happy with for several years) then billed and managed by "EVOLVE" Why? Disappointing!! Property is very worn and NOT kept up.Example: Broken front blinds held up by zip ties! Stove top disgusting! Extremely small TV has poor reception...signal goes out every few minutes and WiFi connection spotty. Outside grounds need clean up! How can I be assured this won't happen if booking through VRBO in the future?'

'Location of this property is superb. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but it is a lovely place to stay. Walkable to a couple great restaurants/bars. Easy 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I have to say, the only criticism I have is the parking spot is a little small. Other wise an amazing 5 star stay. Would go again in a heartbeat '

'This property was small in some areas, but had everything we required for our two week stay. The bedroom had a double bed and adequate drawer and closet space. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was good sized. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee bar was wonderful. Nice size lanai. There are two TV sets one in the lanai and one in the bedroom. There is also free WIFI which was plenty strong for our tablets and phones. Our contact person on site was great and helpful. The people in the...
