Quiet neighborhood, plenty of attractions a short drive away, shopping close by and easy to get to main roads. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. 'Very clean and updated property. Comfortable sofas and chairs. Great screen porch with table and chairs. Outdoor property not very nice, no grass, fence in driveway was broken and just sitting there. Laundry is in garage and only accessible through large garage door. 'We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee. 'Our family absolutely loved our time at this beach cottage!! It was an easy walk from the dock and even easier to the beach! We loved how safe and welcoming the island was!
