'Parking was a disaster! Even with a special permit I was far away and worried about the safety of my rental overnight '

'THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

'This was my fifth time staying here. Amy and her team all do an amazing job. It has everything you need for a beach trip. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, great little pool, bay views, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, grills, and I love the screened in porch. I’ve gone with friends and I’ve been with family, everyone has loved it. Looking forward to getting back soon! Thanks for a beautiful vacation spot!! '

'Great place! Took my son for the week. Tarpon fishing. Played on the beach. Great places to eat. It’s a great location and very nice place. I would highly recommend it.'

'The front door lock stopped working after 3 days. The toilet seat is loose and we were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and no laundry detergent. Its the perfect distance from the beach, which was beautiful. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again. '
