'Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!'

'The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!'
