'Very nice resort. Dinner and breakfast were great. Only minor issue is the restaurant staff is not well trained and ordering was difficult, slow to get drink refills and paying the bill took way too long. They were all very nice and tried hard, but they just seemed like they were learning how to do their jobs. Great stay overall.'

'Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. 'experience so many problems at this place one that the light fixtures weren’t working second there was mold on the ceiling. We removed several times. Staff and waiters were not friendly. They would say good morning to some guest and not to others I believe because we had several issues. They were less likely to speak with us. We’re not friendly. My husband had an accident on the property and I felt like it was brushed over and not taking care of. There’s no landline. They rely on Wi-Fi which...

'What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! '

'The resort caters more to cruise guests than the hotel guests. Cruise guests usually leave midday and you have the place to yourself after that. The bungalows are reserved for the cruises until 4pm. And when available they take some cushions out and leave minimum amenities. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Beach is quiet, secluded, calm, and beautiful. Location is 45 minute drive from other attractions. Bring repellent, you will need it. Ask for the botanical tour, it is free and worth it....

'I think we knew it was 2 double beds, but it was way too small for 2 adults. The beds were rock hard. A queen with a mattress topper would be great. We needed a light blanket for nighttime, only had a sheet. Kitchen was lacking in what we would consider automatic. We cooked 2 dinners in. No frying pan, had to ask for coffee filters, no plug for the sink, no hot water in the kitchen, no strainer, no cheese grater, no corkscrew, no ice trays and most importantly did not include bottled water....
