Nieuw, ruim, eigentijds herenhuis met 3 verdiepingen. Geweldig uitzicht op het water van de haven en de oceaan. Mooie eiken vloer op 1e verdieping met open conceptruimte voor volledig uitgeruste keuken, eet- en woonkamer. 2 queen size slaapkamers op de 2e verd. King suite met dek op de 3e verd. Mooi Owens-Corning afgewerkt keldersysteem. Keramische tegels badkamer op elke verdieping. Prive-stenen patio met uitzicht op het monument en het water. Luxe meubels, smaakvolle inrichting en geweldige kleuren. Beddengoed en handdoeken. Zeer comfortabele bedden. Gewelfd plafond. 1e fl tv-systeem met surround sound. Elke slaapkamer heeft kabel dvd-tv. Elke verdieping is 24'x24 '. Stereogeluid (CD / Radio) in het hele apparaat. Gasgrill, centrale airconditioning, wasmachine / droger, centrale stofzuiger, parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's. Geweldige locatie, loop 7 minuten naar het stadscentrum. 5 minuten lopen naar Boatslip. 4 minuten rijden naar stranden. Tafeltennis en gebruiksvriendelijke Maytag wasmachine / droger in de kelder. Comcast draadloos breedbandinternet: breng gewoon uw laptop mee.

Loop de weg af naar The Bike Shack om fietsen te huren. Ik bezit de Shack.

En neem uw hond mee naar ons nieuwe prachtige hondenpark aan het einde van de weg.

Openbaar zwembad dichtbij: Rechts omhoog Commerical Street ........... Rij naar de Provincetown Inn als je geen zin hebt in een stranddag. Gebruik hun zwembad. En ze bieden lunch en drankjes. Park recht in hun lot. Indien beschikbaar leveren ze handdoeken. Als u wilt loungen op het strand direct buiten het omheinde zwembad, loopt u een paar stappen het strand op. Dit is een goed bewaard geheim. Oh en neem je laptop mee, zit in de lobby van de herberg, heb gratis toegang tot internet en zorg voor wat zaken. Ga dan terug naar het zwembad.

Charter zeilen in de baai .........: Ga naar mijn vriend Captain Rory. Ze runt 'Dog Gone Sailing Charter'. Geweldige cruise rond de baai. Zeg haar dat Liz je heeft gestuurd.

Vereiste borg: $ 500 borg is verschuldigd wanneer u de sleutels ophaalt. Ik neem een afdruk van uw creditcard die ik niet in rekening breng. Ervan uitgaande dat wanneer u het pand verlaat, de schoonmaker meldt dat het apparaat in dezelfde staat is achtergelaten, verwijder ik uw creditcardgegevens. Tot op heden zijn er geen incidenten geweest.

Lease: zodra u de woning boekt, stuur ik een huurovereenkomst die u kunt ondertekenen.

Spacious Property - Great Location
My friends and I stayed at Liz’s property for a week and it was wonderful. The house is spacious and clean, and a walking distance from Commercial Street. From the time I booked to when I received my keys, Liz was very responsive over email and answered all my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Week in Provincetown
The property was great in all aspects...the location was 10 minute walk to Commercial Street. Rented bikes from Bike Shack ( property owners shop ) also which was walking distance. The property offered lots of space and privacy for all of us being it was three floors.

Great Location, space, and AC!
This is my 2nd year staying at Liz's townhouse, and we had a great experience again this year. Great location off the beaten path thats close to the grocery store, and theres a shortcut to commercial though the public parking lot. There was 6 of us, so we all had our own space and did not feel on top of each other. The AC is also amazing. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years in Ptown that have window units that are rarely sufficient for the entire house. I put a premium on good central AC, especially in the peak of summer. Liz's place checks that box very nicely.

Perfect place in town
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's place. As stated in the description, it's very large and easily accommodated our group of five. I especially enjoyed the large master bedroom and deck, and my adult kids really liked playing ping pong in the basement. We've stayed in many places in Provincetown over the past 20+ years, and this is easily one of the best. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo complex and owner
We are long time renters of many places throughout Provincetown. This was the first stay at this condo complex and Liz’s condo is wonderful! Clean, quiet condo complex, check-in was easy, and she doesn’t ask too much of renters upon leaving. The layout is open, airy, and comfortable for our family of four adults and two kids. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot in ptown
I have been going to ptown every year since 2012 and can honestly say Liz's property gave us everything we needed and more. There was ample space (barely used the basement but nice to have), and all the amenities you'd expect, including GREAT AC which is a must have for me on during the peak summer months. 5 minute walk to the grocery store, and just a few more minutes to the heart of Commercial Street.

Huge place! Owner is great and extremely helpful.
I recommend this to parties of up to 6 people. It’s a 10 minute walk to downtown and an easy bike ride to Race Point. The top bedroom has a beautiful deck with an expansive view of town and Cape Cod Bay. You could see all the way to Plymouth! I highly suggest this place. Perfect home away from home spot. I know you will all enjoy it as the owner promised!

Great stay - a short 5-minute bike ride to Bradford Street & center of town. Well-appointed 3BR condo, super clean, good comfortable furnishings. Two of the three of us were working (remotely) while there, and there was plenty of space for us to do so.

This is a beautiful property that was spotless when we arrived. Very close proximity to Commercial Street and the Pilgrim Monument. The grocery store was very close as well. The living area was spacious. The bedrooms were very large. The 2nd floor bedrooms would benefit from a bit more light. Liz was an excellent hostess and extremely responsive to all of our needs.
