'I have not received the booked room, I got a smaller room. During check in I have not been told that I would receive another room. I discovered this after entering the room. The reason for for this other room was that I was traveling alone and I did not need 2 beds but I had to pay for it. Did not get a discount. '

'Ze nemen de telefoon niet op als je belt voor de shuttle, kamer is ok maar geen goede verduistering. Ligt in verlengde van de startbaan je hebt oordoppen nodig en luide tram buiten. Bed is vomfortbel en badkamer redelijk maar zeer krappe douche. Restaurant was top.'

'The Hotel is richt near the airport (only a road separates it) Planes keep coming over and over, all day you smell kerosine, lots of noise, nothing to do in the neighborhood, is on a extreme busy road. DO NOT GO THERE !! In the morning in summer they leave the door open from the restaurant, you smell the kerosine in the restaurant. Food is horrible bad, cheap, no quality at all. Your room is not cleaned, no fresh towels, front desk told us, we do that once in three days !! My god what a...

'Very clean, modern room. Not big but it offers enough. Variety of soaps in bathroom, iron + board and bigscreen tv. Wide view. Friendly staff at reception. The staff in the dining room (at breakfast) is rather distant. Fine breakfast but not much variation in sweets or fruits. There were not enough tables to host al individual guests so it was shared seating in my occasion. Helpful staff again at checkout and perfect service considering the (private) shuttle / taxi to the airport. '

'We stayed here only one night to catch our flight in the early morning. The rooms are really (super) clean and spacious. We also did like the restaurant which had a very nice vibe in the evening. Would defenitely stay here again when we need to fly from chopin.'
